Refund Conditions

Full Refund (100%)

You can receive a full refund in the following cases:

• Within 3 days after payment — if you have not used paid features (did not take exams, did not use the paid training mode)
• Technical malfunction — if the service was unavailable for more than 24 hours and we could not fix the problem

Partial Refund

If you have already used part of the services, the refund is calculated proportionally to the remaining subscription period.

No Refund

Refunds are not provided in the following cases:

• More than 14 days have passed since payment
• You successfully passed the exam using our service
• The subscription was obtained during a promotion or with a discount of more than 50%
