1. General Provisions

1.1. This document is an official offer (public offer) by Individual Entrepreneur Danilov Ilya Konstantinovich (hereinafter referred to as the "Contractor") and contains all essential conditions for providing access to the online exam preparation service for migrants "TestMigrant" (hereinafter referred to as the "Service").

1.2. In accordance with , this document is a public offer, and if the conditions stated below are accepted, the individual accepting this offer becomes the Customer (in accordance with , acceptance of the offer is equivalent to concluding a contract under the terms set forth in the offer).

1.3. Acceptance of this offer is made by payment for the Contractor's services.

2. Subject of the Offer

2.1. The Contractor provides the Customer with access to an online service for preparation for the comprehensive exam in Russian language, Russian history, and fundamentals of the legislation of the Russian Federation for foreign citizens.

2.2. Services include:

• Access to training modules for Russian language, history, and RF legislation
• Access to practice exams for: Patent, RVP, VNZh, Citizenship
• Viewing results and progress statistics
• Access to educational materials and hints

3. Service Cost and Payment Procedure

3.1. The cost of services is indicated on the page in Russian rubles and includes all applicable taxes.

3.2. Payment is made in non-cash form by transferring funds to the Contractor's bank account using Visa, MasterCard, MIR payment system cards, as well as through the Fast Payment System (SBP).

3.3. The service is considered paid from the moment the funds are received in the Contractor's bank account.

4. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

4.1. The Contractor undertakes to:

• Provide access to the Service within 5 minutes after payment confirmation
• Ensure the Service operates at least 99% of the time
• Provide technical support via email
• Maintain confidentiality of the Customer's personal data

4.2. The Customer undertakes to:

• Pay for the Contractor's services in a timely manner
• Not share account credentials with third parties
• Not use the Service for illegal purposes

5. Refund Policy

5.1. The Customer has the right to refuse services and receive a full refund within 3 (three) days from the date of payment if the services have not been used.

5.2. To process a refund, you must submit a request through the feedback form on the website or in your personal account.

5.3. Refunds are processed within 10 business days to the bank card from which the payment was made.

6. Liability of the Parties

6.1. The Contractor is not responsible for the results of the Customer's official exam.

6.2. The Service is intended solely for exam preparation and does not guarantee successful passing.

6.3. The Contractor is not responsible for temporary unavailability of the Service due to technical reasons.

7. Other Conditions

7.1. The Contractor reserves the right to make changes to this offer without prior notice to the Customer.

7.2. The new version of the offer takes effect from the moment it is posted on the website.

7.3. All disputes are resolved through negotiations, and if no agreement is reached, in court in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
