1.1. This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the 'Agreement') governs the use of the 'Testing for Migrants' website (hereinafter referred to as the 'Website'), located at https://www.testmigrant.ru, and the services provided on it (hereinafter referred to as the 'Service').
1.2. By using the Website, the User confirms their agreement with the terms of this Agreement. If the User does not agree with the terms of the Agreement, they must stop using the Website.
2.1. The Website provides Users with the opportunity for independent preparation for the exam for foreign citizens and stateless persons in the Russian Federation for obtaining a work permit or patent, RVP (temporary residence permit), VNZh (residence permit) and citizenship.
2.2. Website services include access to tests, simulators and preparation materials, including on a paid basis through the purchase of tariff plans. Preparation materials are provided only in Russian.

'Trainer' is a list of questions by module of a certain level in random order, which appear one after another, and after the User selects an answer to a question, the result is immediately shown.
'Trial Exam' is an exam simulation in which the User is given a list of questions for a specific variant, the User selects answers to questions and at the end receives the exam result.
'Answers to Questions' is a list of questions with answers for a specific variant.
2.5. Questions and informational materials on the Website are developed based on open data published on the website of the Federal State Budgetary Scientific Institution 'Federal Institute of Pedagogical Measurements'.
2.6. The Website does not guarantee successful passing of the real exam and is not responsible for the User's results on official testing.
2.7. The services are not educational.
3.1. To obtain extended access to the Website functionality, the User can purchase one of the available tariff plans: '3 days', '5 days', '7 days'. The access time under the tariff begins to be calculated in hours from the moment of receiving payment confirmation from the payment service.
3.2. Payment is made through the payment service integrated on the Website. The User independently chooses the payment system and agrees to the terms of use of the selected payment system.
3.3. Access to paid Services is provided immediately after receiving payment confirmation from the User from the payment service. Access is provided only for the User's device and browser from which the payment was made.
